Change Password

This feature is used for users who want to change their password. Change Password feature is accessed via navigating to the User icon > Change Password.

  • For first time User, enter the assigned password given to you.

  • For existing User who is changing the current password, enter your existing password.

Enter your new password. Note that this should not be any of your previous passwords.

Re-enter the New Password you just created.

Enter your secret question and your answer.

This is the first of the two secret questions and answers that must be entered. This will appear as a security question when you have forgotten your password.

Enter your second secret question and your answer.

This is the second of the two secret questions and answers that must be entered. This will appear as a security question when you have forgotten your password.

Populating above fields correctly, you may then click OK to confirm the change of password. Below message is displayed.

Upon clicking OK and completing the process, you will be directed to the Preceda landing screen.
