The Earnd Interface can be used to manage the configuration for Earnd at a Company level.
The following buttons will be enabled depending on the Company Activation Status of the Company selected.

Tick the corresponding Company in the browselist that you want to activate then click the Activate button. This will guide you through activation.

It is recommended to have 'everyone in' to make the service available to all. This will allow employees to download the Earnd App and sign up immediately. Employees can opt out if they choose to. You can choose to have everyone opted out by default, in which case they would need to activate the offering in Preceda before they could use the Earnd App.

It is recommended to start the interface straight away. A Grace Period allows you to have a period of time for people to opt out before you activate the interface. This may help with your change management.

The Inclusion Model determines how the Earnd offering will be made available to new hires. The Change Inclusion Model buttons allows you to change this setting.
Inclusion Model | Description |
---|---|
Opt-In (In by default) | The employee will be able to sign up via the Earnd App immediately. |
Opt-Out (Out by Default) | The employee will have to activate the Earnd offering in Preceda before they can sign up via the Earnd App. |
