Training Modules

As employees complete modules toward qualifications, the details are entered into this option. It may also be used to record extra modules that an employee may complete although they are not part of an assigned Qualification code.

Rules and Guidelines

  • Qualification codes are assigned to the Employee. This option checks the qualifications for a match and if the employee has completed training for any course other than those assigned to them, a warning message appears. The record is saved.
  • Once all core modules and the required number of elective modules for the qualification are complete, the course completion date in the Formal Education screen will be updated to show the date of the last module completed for the qualification.
  • A message appears notifying the user that the qualification has been completed.
  • Information entered in this window could be accessible to the employee when logging into Employee Self Service.
