TLOPT Transaction Logic Option

This Program Control option allows you to configure the Proration Method to be used for every available Pay Frequency for the pro-rata calculations.

The saved values within the first five positions determine which Proration Method is applied to each Pay Frequency.

Proration Method Description Notes & Formula
A Default Method

Assumes no changes during pay period to Base Hours or Work Pattern
B Worked Hours Method

Based on overall worked hours during pay period
C Prior Method

Any changes will apply to actual hours prior to the change, with the balance of autopay at the new rate
D After Method

Any changes will apply to actual hours after the change, with the balance of autopay at the old rate
E Worked Days

Prorates based on the number of days worked in the effective period, divided by the number of available worked days in the entire pay period, as a percentage
F Calendar Days

Prorates based on the number of calendar days in the effective period divided by the number of calendar days in the entire pay period, as a percentage
