RTWRN

When retro processing is undertaken, some transactions display warning messages such as when the original transaction may have included EvSS overrides of selected values (e.g. pay rates, costing). Hence, the retro process will not modify values associated with those overrides. Often, the sum of those transactions is zero, and the retro process would remove them prior to display on the Retro Review screen, or potentially display on the employee Pay slip. Program Control RTWRN allows you to control which warning messages are generated.

Program Control RTWRN can be updated to display or suppress warning messages as required when retro pay is processed. Where warning messages are displayed (i.e. the value is set to 'Y' for that message), a count of warning messages displays within the retro drilldown, and the warning messages can be reported via Extractor.
