Birthdays by Month

This report shows which employees are celebrating a birthday during the nominated month.

Extract Name

To access this report, select PP_BIRTHDAY BY MONTH from the File, Open menu within Extractor.

• This report can also be run with Report Manager PP_AUTO_BIRTHDAYS.

Prerequisites

• No prerequisites

Report Features

• User are able to nominate which month to report in Crystal.
• Records are sorted by day within each month.
• The birth year is NOT displayed to protect privacy.
• Only current employees are displayed.
