Demographics Report

  • This report shows the gender distribution across an organisation, grouped and summarised by Department, and then by Position Title. The report also shows the gender count by Job Family. This information will allow the reporting of gender balance within an organisation.

    • Extract Name

    To access this report, select PP_DEMOGRAPHICS from the File, Open menu within Extractor.

    Prerequisites

    • Organisation Structure must be populated in Preceda.

    Report Features

    • This information will allow the reporting of gender balance within an organisation.
    • This displays the total number by gender for each department, shown as a cross tab.
    • This involves the total number by position and gender, shown as a cross tab for each department.
    • This includes the total number of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employees as a cross tab, broken down by department and gender
    • It provides a graphical representation of Job Family data.
