View

The View option allows you display or suppress Sections Headings within Report Designer and is also the option you would use to access the Report Header and Report Footer.

• The headings for each section of your report display by default. If you do not want them displayed, select the View option from the toolbar and untick Section Heading. To have them display, reverse this step.

• To access the Report Header, select the View option from the toolbar and select Report Header. To remove the Report Header from the display, untick Report Header.

• To access the Report Footer, select the View option from the toolbar and select Report Footer. Scroll down to the bottom of your screen to display the Report Footer.

• To remove the Report Footer from display, untick Report Footer.
