This window enables the user to identify reasons for taking leave other than Sick, Annual Long Service and Workers Compensation Leave purposes. Other Leave could be Jury Service, Compassionate Leave, Maternity Leave, etc.

Enter a code of up to 2 characters that represents the Leave Reason.

Enter a description of the Leave Reason.

Enter a description of up to 16 characters that can be used with reports.
