These Payslips are the commonly used secure, carboned pay advices.

Rules and Guidelines

  • Contact Preceda Help for further details of the pre-printed stationery.
  • Program Control option A440 controls the printing of certain information on the Security Pay Advices.

Report Parameters

The company that pay advices will be produced. If left blank all companies will be included.

The date the money will be available to employees in their bank accounts. This date will print on the Pay Advices as a reference for the employee.

Select Run Process to generate the Security Advice and submits the PNSA440 job.
