Instructions
This window allows for the Instructions section of the Define Template process to be maintained and edited.
Prerequisites
- Initial Instructions are setup using the Define Template window.
Rules and Guidelines
- The tick box determines the visibility of the instructions on the screen.
- This text appears at the start of the form for each of the employee and reviewer roles associated with the form at each step.
Field Information

Employee
When the tick box is selected the text entered in this section is displayed when the employee views the form during the update step of the workflow.
Reviewer
When the tick box is selected the text entered in this section is displayed when the reviewer views the form during the update step of the workflow.

Employee
When the tick box is selected the text entered in this section is displayed to the employee during the input step of the workflow.
Reviewer
When the tick box is selected the text entered in this section is displayed to the reviewer during the input step of the workflow.

Employee

Reviewer
When the tick box is selected the text entered in this section is displayed to the reviewer during the review step of the workflow.
