Projected Leave Accrual Report

This option extracts the details used in the calculation of Leave Liability and included Leave Balances as at a Projected Accrue to date.

Rules and Guidelines

  • Running the extract does not affect employee's leave balances.

Report Parameters

The Leave Accrual Process ID is setup in the Leave Accrual Selection window.

This field allows the user to select the projection date of leave accrual.

The order that the report will be sorted, based on the following levels.

Up to 4 employment types can be select and to be included in the report, or All is selected to have all employees who meet other selection criteria included.

This is an optional field and determines at which sort level the report resets the page number.

Is the dollar value to be printed for the value of the accruals?

Code Description
Y Print both accrued hours and dollar value
N Print only Accrued hours

 

Are employees to be included with no accrued eligible hours?

Code Description
Y Include employees with zero accrued eligible hours
N Exclude employees with zero eligible hours

 

Print Level accrual balances in the equivalent unit nominated for the accrual method or the absolute value stored in the leave accruals.

Code Description
Y Print equivalent unit value of accrual balances
N Print absolute value of accrual balances
