Populate Average Hour Detail

When initially setting up, Average Hours for Leave Calculations details are added to the Average Hours Detail file for averages hours to be calculated.

  • Information is derived from the Earnings History file.
  • This window is environment specific.
  • By default, terminated employees will not be included in this process. If, however, there is a need to perform this action for a terminated employee, their ID Number must be entered onto the Average Hours Selection screen.
