This report is provided to assist with the reconciliation process at year end, although it may be run at anytime.

Rules and Guidelines

• The report is produced in two parts:

The first part of the report shows whether or not the check has found any employees out of balance.

The second part of the report lists the fields checked and gives the calculated total for each field.
