Career Aspirations will track and maintain records for employees who have expressed an interest in a career move to a nominated position. This can be either a position change or a location transfer within your organisation.

- New details can be recorded on this window or from the drill down window.
Field Information

This is the date the employee expressed interest in a possible career change.

This is the aspired position ID Number.

Indicate the time frame during which the employee would like the career change to take place.

You may add additional information regarding the employee's interests.

This is the Location ID denoting the area in which the employee would like to work.
