Career Aspirations will track and maintain records for employees who have expressed an interest in a career move to a nominated position. This can be either a position change or a location transfer within your organisation.

  • When an employee is selected all previously entered career aspirations are displayed.
  • New details can be recorded on this window or from the drill down window.

Field Information

This is the date the employee expressed interest in a possible career change.

This is the aspired position ID Number.

Indicate the time frame during which the employee would like the career change to take place.

1 - 2 years
2 - 3 years
3 - 4 years
4 - 5 years
> 5 years

 

You may add additional information regarding the employee's interests.

This is the Location ID denoting the area in which the employee would like to work.
