Level 3 Codes

Level 3 codes are used to define the next three levels of reporting and costing, after Level 1 being the companies and Level 2 being the States.

These codes can be used to define departments or regions within the organisation, but is not required other than reporting purposes.

Rules and Guidelines

• Only the first 17 characters of the description is used for reporting and display purposes.

Code*

This is an eight-character code that represents the Level.

Description*

This is a description of the Level Code.

Short Description

This is a 16-character description that can be used with report.
