Level 4 Codes

Level 4 and 5 Codes are used to define the next two levels of reporting and costing.

These codes can be used to define departments or regions within the organisation, but is not required other than for reporting purposes.

• Level Code 1
• Level Code 2

Rules and Guidelines

• Only the first 17 characters of the description is used for reporting and display purposes.

Field Information

Code*

This is an eight-character code that represents the Level.

Description*

This is a description of the Level Code.

Short Description

This is a 16-character description that can be used with report.
