Preceda has the ability of collecting start and end times for when employees work, and interpreting the appropriate rules that apply for that employee to result in a number of hours to be paid. This functionality is particularly useful for organisations with complex awards or EBAs. This section of Preceda provides the options used to enter details of an employees link to Preceda Time and the option to control the time clocks that the employee is allowed to punch times.
Time can also be Rostered, and then Reported Time will be paid according the rules interpretation against the Scheduled Time.
