Open

This window allows users to open saved Adhoc Views and Dashboards, and other resources available.

Rules and Guidelines

To access other available resources such as Adhoc Views and Dashboards, you may go to the left side of the navigation panel and click on More Choices. There, Dashboards and Adhoc View options are displayed and available to be opened.
The Pre-defined Views you have access to, by default, and are part of the Analytics Module cannot be modified in the Analytics Toolbox.

Users with access to the Analytics Toolbox will see a list of Reports that have been created using the Ad Hoc View Editor. Pre-defined Reports cannot not be seen from the Analytics Toolbox.

Various formats are allowed to be exported through Export icon on the Toolbar. You may export files as PDF, Excel, CSV, DOCX, RTF, ODT, ODS, XLXS or PPTX via the Adhoc View Toolbar.
