| 54-63 | MyHRW Service ID | <Service ID> = This is the service ID to be used when creating MyHRW Tickets. This needs to be provided by the MyHRW Co-ordinator. | ||
| 64-113 | Monitor Email Address | <Email Address> = The email address where messages relating to IFS & Queue Monitors are delivered. This must be a valid email address or messages concerning the automatic re-start of the monitors will not be seen. |
