Classifications

Classifications is used for reporting purposes. This also allows similar positions throughout the organisation to be grouped together (e.g. a Classification of Sales could represent Sales Executives, Sales Managers, Sales Representatives, etc.).

Rules and Guidelines

• A Classification of '9999' exists by default and must not be deleted or modified.
• Fields with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.

This is a four-character Classification Code.

Description

This is the description of the Classification Code.

The classification is used in the following standard reports within Preceda:

• Excess Occupants
• Movement Analysis
