Change Payrun Environment

If using the Concurrent Payrun option, the logged in user is assigned to a Payrun Environment. This window gives the user the ability to move between Payrun Environments.

Rules and Guidelines

• In your selected Payrun Environment you can perform any function that you are authorised to do, including Time Entry and Processing a Payrun.
• Any number of Preceda users can work in a single Payrun Environment at a time.
• Each Preceda user can only access a single Payrun Environment at any one time.
• You will remain in the change Payrun Environment until it is changed, logging off and on the system will not change the Payrun Environment.

Field Information

Payroll User*

This field displays the user's current active Payrun Environment, if it is already active.

Active Environment

Select the new environment to be assigned to the user.
