Self Service Transactions

This section of Preceda allows a manager of employees or the Payroll Office to review and approve time sheet entries, claims and leave application requests that have been entered by the employee through Self Service. The Review Time Sheets option is used for this function.

Managers or Payroll staff can print a report to determine which transactions are still awaiting approval. The Pending Transaction Report is used for this function.

Managers can also review employee Self Service Leave Application request via email. The Payroll Department can also import Self Service Transactions. There are options to import only approved transaction or all transaction including those which have not been approved and are still pending.

There is also the ability to remove any transactions previously imported from Self Service to the online time card entry table.
