This window is used to setup a clock that is connected to the system. The specifications entered here will control much of the communication between the system and the clock to allow the collection and storage of employee punch data.
A unique identifier for the clock.
A description of the Time Clock code.
The communication method that the clock will be communicating with the system.

Are restrictions to apply to this Time Clock?
Y | This clock is to be included when downloading restrictions from the restrictions file. The restrictions will control how the system processes early, late and un rostered punches. |
N | Restrictions do not apply to this clock. |
The model number of the clock
The hardware serial number of the clock can be entered for reference purposes.
The password for the clock as used in the clock setup.
The Communications Line or Group that the clock is assigned to.
The IP Address of the clock.
The physical location of the clock.
The exact name of the modem found in the TCP settings for the clock.
The phone number used to dial into the clock. The area code must be included
Displays the status of the last job that ran on the clock. e.g. Polling or Downloading.
Indicates if this clock is selected for polling. X indicates Yes.
