This window is used to provide a standard set of comments that can be allocated to an employee time record for historical reports (e.g. a standard comment could be late due to car problems).

• Any codes established within this window will allow a selected comment (rather than free form comment) to be recorded on an employee record.
• This can be useful if wanting to report over standard comments from the Time Record.
