If you select the option to insert a Group your report structure will also contain a Group Header and Group Footer.
The Group Header houses the titles given to each element in your group.
The Group Footer houses the values you have set up for the element being grouped.

The Report Header acts as a cover page for your report. If selected, it is the first page to print and will print only once. Check the properties of the Report Header as the default is to suppress the Report Header from printing.
To access the Report Header, select the View option on the toolbar and select the Report Header check box.
Dependent on your Theme choice, the Report Header may be write-protected.

Details entered in the Page Header will be repeated at the top of every page throughout your report.
It is in the Page Header that you could enter a company logo or ABN, the title of your report, the date or any other presentation data or information you would like to have repeated at the top of each page.
Dependent on your Theme choice, the Page Header may be write-protected, however the Report Title within the Page Header will be accessible.

The Section Header houses the titles given to each Element displayed in the Detail section of your report.
If you change the position of an element heading in the Section Header, you should also change the position of the element in the Detail section.

The Detail section is where all the data extracted from your file and field choices will print because the Elements situated in the Detail section contain the data from your file extraction. If you change the position of an element in the Detail section, you should also change the position of the corresponding element heading in the Section Header.

Elements added to the Section Footer will print after the Details section of your report.
This makes the Section Footer valuable if you require Summary data such as Counts, Totals, Averages and Maximums (etc.,) based on the element details.

Details in the Page Footer will be repeated at the bottom of every page throughout your report.
It is in the Page Footer that you could display the report author, the page number, a company slogan, or any other presentation data or information you would like to have repeated at the bottom of every page.

The Report Footer acts as a back cover page for your report. If selected, it is the last page to print and will print only once.
Check the properties of the Report Footer as the default is to suppress it from printing.
To access the Report Footer, select the View option on the toolbar and select the Report Footer check box.
Dependent on your Theme choice, the Report Footer may be write-protected.
Note: By selecting the Properties option you will be able to alter specific features within each structure
