Change Password

This feature is used for users who want to change their password.

Change Password feature is accessed via navigating to the User icon > Change Password.

ClosedCurrent Password

For First Time User, enter the assigned password given to you.

For existing User who is changing the current password, enter your existing password.

ClosedNew Password

Enter your new password. Note that this should not be any of your previous passwords.

ClosedConfirm Password

Re-enter the New Password you just created.

ClosedSecret Question and Answer (1)

Enter your secret question and your answer.

This is the first of the two secret questions and answers that must be entered. This will appear as a security question when you have forgotten your password.

ClosedSecret Question and Answer (2)

Enter your second secret question and your answer.

This is the second of the two secret questions and answers that must be entered. This will appear as a security question when you have forgotten your password.

 

You will be directed to the Opening Window of Preceda once you have completed this process.
