OHS Incident

The OHS Incident Workflow allows an allocated ESS or MSS user to record and submit information regarding a workplace incident/injury.

Prerequisites

Rules and Guidelines

  • Multiple OHS Incident Workflows can be setup, but only one OHS Incident Workflow can be active at any time.
  • The Enabled tick box indicates which workflow will be applied when an OHS Incident is submitted.
  • Workflow Roles are used at various stages of the workflow to identify recipients of emails, tasks and notifications.

Field Information

Step ID

The OHS Incident workflow consists of two steps, both of which do not have any predefined tasks; however User Defined Tasks can be setup and allocated to all Step IDs.

When drilling down on any of the steps, all predefined task are displayed, and allows for user defined tasks to be setup.
