This window displays the current status of the Payrun.
This field features three options - 'Paused', 'Locked', and 'Unlocked'- with corresponding images that display the current Integration Status to the user:
Process | Description |
---|---|
Time Card Print | When this job, or a One Step Payrun which includes this process, is submitted, the Integration Status will be set to 'Locked'. |
Reset Payrun |
When this job is completed successfully, the Integration Status will be set to 'Paused'. |
Close Payrun | When this job is completed successfully, the Integration Status will be set to 'Unlocked'. |
When the Payrun Status is 'Unlocked' and the user clicks the Pause Integration button, the status will be updated to 'Paused'.
When the Status is 'Paused' and the user clicks the Start Integration button, the status will be updated to 'Unlocked'.
Note: When the status is 'Locked', the user will not be able to update the status via the button.
The Payrun Status Icons will be displayed for all Clients. The Integration Status Icons and Button/s, however, will only be seen when the Prevar - *INTEG_QUEUE_MGMT Positions 1 and 3 are set to 'Y'.
