This screen allows users to monitor the number of hours worked by employees over a specified number of pay cycles. The display is the same as that obtained from running the Time Monitor Report link.
Displays the employee's payroll ID number and name.
The date that the employee commenced in this Time Monitor cycle.
Indicates the period this employee is currently in, within the Time Monitor Cycle.
Identifies the number of weekdays (Monday to Friday) that the employee has worked within the Time Monitor Cycle.
Identifies the number of Saturdays and or Sundays the employee has worked within the Time Monitor Cycle.
The number of hours defined for the Time Monitor Cycle as defined in the Time Monitor Rules.
The average number of hours per period to reach the cycle based hours.
The value that describes the number of periods in the current cycle the employee has already worked.
The value that describes the number of hours from the employee's prior periods that are in the employee's posted data.
The value that indicates the average hours per period the employee has worked in the current cycle.
The value that indicates a comparison between the number of posted hours in the period and the target number of hours to the end of the last period.
Start Date/Time of employee's current period.
Finish Date/Time of employee's current period.
The total hours of all selected Time Codes reported in the current period either un-posted or posted. Where only an in punch exists for a time segment then this time is not to be included.
This field is to indicate the number of hours that an employee is still scheduled to work in the current period.
This field sums the Hours Worked and the Hours Schedule to Current Period End fields and indicated how many hours the employee has already and is projected to work this week if they work to their schedule.
The value comparing the Total Projected Hours (Hours Worked to Date + Total Projected Hours for Current Period) with the Period Target Hours after the current period.
